What we have achieved so far.
Town Hall
On January 28, 2026, Alameda County organized a Town Hall to promote Vision 2036 to our County teams. All County employees were invited to attend. The main event was held in Oakland but we organized six watch parties throughout the County and live streamed it to the rest of the County staff who could not attend in-person.
The Town Hall gave County leadership the opportunity to explain what Vision 2036 is, why it is so important, and how we plan to achieve our 10X goals. More than 2,000 County employees attended the Town Hall.
